Administrative / Bookkeeper – Direct Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities Include:
- Processing invoices and payments
- Managing accounts receivable and tracking outstanding balances
- Paying vendors and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing contracts and reviewing budgets
- Updating and maintaining company databases
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Ordering office supplies and handling mail processing
- Supporting day-to-day administrative operations
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative and bookkeeping experience required
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop is required
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
