The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various production processes, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-Time.
Location: Jasper, TN
Pay: $14 per hour.
Schedule:
• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Job Duties
• Utilize hand tools for various assembly and fabrication tasks as required
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines effectively
• Be available to work weekends as needed
• Receive and move heavy metal parts
• Clean and prepare parts by removing corrosion, rust, and other impurities
• Assist in the galvanizing and coating process
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following industrial safety standards
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Galvanizing experience is a plus
