COMPENSATION
$32 – $38 per hour
SCHEDULE
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Core business hours with flexibility (e.g., 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
CONTRACT TERM
12-month contract (May 4, 2026 – May 3, 2027)

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager will support manufacturing and repair value stream operations by overseeing projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with our clients operational and quality standards.
This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, experience in manufacturing environments, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, resources, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives including LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies
- Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree OR high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in project management within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management tools/software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing budgets and cost tracking
- Background in manufacturing or repair operations
- Familiarity with LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience working in fast-paced, production-driven environments
