Heavy Lifter/ Medium lifters (Pipeline)

Assembly – Entry Level
Location: Concord, NC
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Job Summary:
Allegiance Staffing is now hiring a General Technician to support production and assembly operations in the Concord area. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who are dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in assembling, testing, and inspecting components
Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform quality checks and report any issues or inconsistencies
Support other production and warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
Basic mechanical aptitude; manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
