Responsibilities
- Interact with potential clients, guide them through the onboarding process, and document information in the CRM/case management system
- Maintain accurate veteran records, process electronic documents, and support internal departments with document management and service requests
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent client service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Intake, Call Center, Administrative Support, or Case Management preferred
- Experience using CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and data entry skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping veterans and delivering exceptional client care
