Penmac Staffing has immediate openings for full-time Assembly Workers in Versailles. These temp-to-hire jobs are a great way to start a long-term manufacturing career. Assembly Workers will operate a variety of manufacturing equipment and help produce high-quality rubber hoses and hydraulic couplings using metal components that are heat treated, electroplated, bent, staked, packed, and shipped worldwide.
Shifts Available
• Overnight: 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Evening: 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Pay: $16.64 per hour, paid weekly.
Assembly Worker Requirements
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently
• Able to stand and walk for 8–12 hours
• Must be available for full-time hours plus overtime
• Reliable, consistent attendance
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math, reading, computer, and measurement skills required
• High school diploma or GED not required
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check
