Warehouse Order Picker / Loader – Evening Shift

Penmac Staffing is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for a Warehouse Order Picker / Loader position in Harrison, AR. This is a great opportunity for motivated candidates who enjoy fast-paced, physical work and want to earn more through performance incentives.

Requirements for the Warehouse Order Picker / Loader
•    Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and staying on your feet
•    Comfortable working in temperature changes, including freezer environments
•    Strong attention to detail with speed and accuracy

Warehouse Order Picker / Loader Responsibilities
•    Pick orders accurately in a fast-paced warehouse setting
•    Load and stage freight for shipment
•    Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
•    Work independently while supporting team performance

Pay, Schedule, and Benefits
•    Base pay: $15.50 per hour
•    Incentive pay based on speed and accuracy
•    Performance bonuses available
•    Full-time evening shift starting at 5:30 PM until finished (40 hrs average)
