Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime may be offered after training, including occasional Saturdays or earlier start times.

Job Summary
Penmac Staffing is seeking an experienced Wire Processing Machine Operator. This role requires hands-on experience operating wire processing equipment and a strong attention to detail to ensure quality and efficiency in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate wire processing machines to cut, strip, and crimp wire
- Set up and adjust machines as needed to meet production specifications
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Required Experience
- Previous wire processing machine experience is required
- Experience with any of the following machines is a major plus:
- KOMAX
- KM USA
- Schleuniger
- Artos cut, strip, crimp machines
- Experience with any other wire cut, strip, crimp machines will also be considered
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and twist throughout the shift
- Strong finger dexterity for detailed work
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
