Job Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of production and assembly tasks to support daily operations.
- Help maintain production efficiency while meeting quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Learn new skills through hands-on training and teamwork.
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen.
