Job Title: Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Lamar, MO

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Summary of the Role:

The Warehouse Associate will work on 1st shift, supporting warehouse operations by packing materials, loading trucks, and placing heavy materials onto pallets. This role requires teamwork, physical stamina, and attention to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack materials for shipment and storage.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Place heavy materials onto pallets as required.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety rules and warehouse procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Ability to perform physical work, including lifting heavy materials.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong reliability and work ethic.
Attention to safety and detail.

Compensation:

$17.00 per hour
