Summary of the Role:
The Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant provides front-line support to customers while assisting with daily office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer issues.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records and files.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general office tasks.
- Support internal teams with administrative needs.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Reliable attendance and professional demeanor.
Compensation:
$17.50 per hour
