Penmac Staffing is currently accepting applications for Assembly Workers 1st & 3rd Shift to fill an opening with an employer located in Stilwell, OK. The ideal candidate should have a stable work history that demonstrates reliability, or, in lieu of work history, consider vocational or technical high school and college courses and military service.

 

Requirements of the Assembly Workers 1st & 3rd Shift 

• Good Attendance and punctuality are a must   

• 3 months of experience in an industrial setting. 

• Ability to lift 75lbs. repetitively for 10-12 hours.  

• Basic math competency is required to perform calculations, as is the ability to read tape measures. 

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.   

• Willing to submit to a background check/drug test.

Responsibilities of the Assembly Workers 1st & 3rd Shift

• Assemble and/or produce components per written specifications. 

• Complete all required quality checks and documentation/paperwork per standard operating procedures. 

• Any other duties as assigned by management or leads. 

• Maintain a clean and safe work area with the ability to work in a team environment. 

• Place safety in the workplace above all else, and follow safety guidelines alone when reporting safety issues.
