• Full‑time
• Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• $17.46 per hour
• Location: Washington, MO

Warehouse Associate – Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities

• Put safety first and help maintain a workplace where everyone goes home safe
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for internal teams and customers
• Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safe material‑handling practices
• Receive, inspect, and stock materials in designated warehouse locations
• Replenish inventory to prevent production delays
• Transport materials throughout the facility to support daily operations
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production and shipping demands
• Participate in 5S activities and continuous improvement efforts
• Support problem‑solving activities using best‑known methods
• Assist in other warehouse areas as business needs evolve

Requirements for the Warehouse Associate – Shipping and Receiving

• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Team‑oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to lift approximately 50–75 lbs. with appropriate assistance
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail in an active warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills
• Clear communication skills and willingness to learn
• Forklift experience is a strong plus; experience with pallet jacks or other powered industrial equipment is highly valued (training and certification provided)
