Penmac Staffing is currently looking for several experienced Fabricators to work in the Shell Knob, MO area for a national leader in commercial boat lift and marine systems construction and repair.

Monday-Friday 6:00AM-4:30PM Pay Rate: $16.00-19.00 an hour DOE. We have several positions available to start immediately.

Primary Duty: The Welder Fabricator’s main function is to cut, punch, and drill parts according to the print and then weld them together.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Reads a tape measure.
Ability to interpret shop drawings.
Cuts, punches, and drills material precisely.
Keeps work area clean.
Lifts heavy objects.
Operates a forklift and overhead crane.
Setup, run, and maintain welder machine.
Able to operate various hand tools.
Works with Fabricator to determine what parts are needed and when.
Follows directions.
Performs other duties, as required by the company.

Ability to identify any quality issues or defects in materials.
Must be able to read and understand shop drawings.
Must be able to operate a forklift.
