Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager -HIGH VOLUME – GREAT BONUSES

Salary: $50,000 plus bonus and benefits

Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager in daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient shift.
Supervise and motivate team members to provide excellent service in a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members in line with company culture and standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and assist with cost control initiatives.
Help manage scheduling, labor costs, and employee performance.
Address customer concerns professionally and promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Promote a positive work environment and team culture.

Qualifications:

2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience, preferably in a casual dining environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with restaurant software systems (POS, scheduling tools, etc.) is a plus.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
