Pay Rate
$15.00 to $18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Apartment Make Ready Technician Duties and Responsibilities
• Repair toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
• Repair and paint cabinets and sheetrock
• Repair wiring, plugs, and switches, install and maintain all alarms.
• Schedule repairs that warrant special technical skills.
• Keep communal areas clean.

Apartment Make Ready Technician Qualifications and Requirements
• Prior experience in apartment maintenance or a similar role.
• Electrical or HVAC experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and self-motivated.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• Available to be on call and work weekends if needed.
