Logistic Customer Service Representative

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented and experienced Logistic Customer Service Representative for Houston, TX. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Pay Rate
$18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Logistic Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up on order status when necessary.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and empathy.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex problems effectively.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints. Input relevant information into the customer database accurately.
Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and customer support processes.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Logistic Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service and industrial related field required.
Imports/Exports experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM software required.
