Fractional HR Professional

WorkDynamX is seeking a Fractional HR Professional to provide critical behind-the-scenes support for HR basics on an as-needed basis. In this role, you will work on essential HR tasks such as policy reviews, drafting new policies, updating handbooks, and researching HR legislative matters. This position is ideal for someone who excels at supporting internal HR functions without direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough reviews and updates of existing company policies and handbooks.
Draft new policies to ensure compliance with current HR best practices and legal requirements.
Research and provide insights on HR legislative matters and regulatory changes.
Assist with compliance-related projects, ensuring all materials adhere to relevant employment laws.
Stay up to date with HR trends, legislation, and best practices.
Provide behind-the-scenes support on various HR projects as needed.

What experience we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience as an HR consultant or HR generalist.
Someone who understands and has experience with an HR Department of one.
Strong knowledge of HR policy development, compliance, and legislative research.
Proven experience with policy reviews and drafting HR handbooks.
Ability to work independently on detailed HR projects with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with HR evaluation metrics and methods.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
