Schedule: Evening Shift | Monday–Friday 11:30 AM – 8:15 PM (+ occasional Saturday)

Abel Personnel is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a leading transportation and tolling services program in White Marsh, Maryland. Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer service calls and provide accurate information
Assist with account setup, updates, and maintenance
Explain policies, procedures, and account details clearly
Process payments and transactions with accuracy
Resolve customer concerns and ensure follow-up for resolution
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and documentation
Meet or exceed performance and quality standards

Training & Schedule

Paid Training (4–6 weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Regular Schedule After Training: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:15 PM
Occasional Saturdays required, with a scheduled weekday off

Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
Customer service or call center experience (0–1+ years welcome)
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
Detail-oriented with ability to follow procedures

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to meet attendance and schedule expectations
Must pass background check and drug screening

Work Environment

Professional call center environment
Primarily seated with frequent computer and phone use
Occasional standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
