Manufacturing & Warehouse Associates

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals with experience in warehouse, production, shipping/receiving, fabrication, assembly, inventory control, and general manufacturing operations.

Successful candidates will have previous experience in industrial or warehouse environments and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Location: Mississauga, ON
Shifts: Day & Afternoon Shifts Available
Pay: $20.00+ per hour (based on experience and department)
Start Dates: To be Confirmed – No Immediate Openings

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Load and unload materials and inventory
Perform inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and cycle counts
Complete quality inspections and ensure products meet company standards
Read tape measures, work orders, and production specifications
Operate computers for data entry, inventory updates, and shipping documentation
Package, label, and prepare products according to customer requirements
Assist with production, assembly, fabrication, or paint booth duties depending on department
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support additional warehouse and manufacturing tasks as assigned

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
Previous order picking, packaging, or inventory experience preferred
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
Basic computer skills for inventory and production tracking
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs throughout the shift
Excellent English communication skills
CSA-approved safety shoes required
Reliable transportation to Mississauga work locations

Shipping and receiving experience
Paint booth experience
Welding experience
Sheet metal fabrication experience
Experience reading technical drawings or blueprints
Manufacturing machine operation experience
