Priority Staffing Group is searching for a Brewmaster for one of Southern Illinois top breweries.   Position would be located in Jackson County with part time or full-time availability options.  Must be able to work afternoons, evenings and weekends.  

Summary of position:

A Brewmaster is a skilled professional who oversees and directs all aspects of the beer brewing process, from recipe development and raw material selection to fermentation, quality control, and production management ensuring consistent, high-quality beer production.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Requirements include; Bachelor’s Degree in Brewing or Brewing Science, or 3-5 years proven brewing experience.  Strong knowledge of brewing practices, equipment and techniques.  

Starting pay is 50K-60K/yr. depending on education level and experience.
