We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Claims Analyst to manage and process claims related to semi-truck accidents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the claims process, from receiving claims to liasing with relevant agencies. This role requires keen attention to detail, the ability to handle sensitive data, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review accident claims related to semi-truck incidents, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected.
- Process claims by coordinating with police department, insurance companies, and other involved parties to gather reports, accident details, and required evidence.
- Analyze claims information, including accident scene photos, personal data, and sensitive materials, while ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain organized records of all claims, documentation, and communications to ensure smooth processing.
Requirements
- Previous office experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Customer Service experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to handle confidential information
- A valid driver's license
- A clean background and drug screen
- Excellent communication skills and computer skills
- Ability to lift and move 25 pounds
Location: Cairo, Georgia
Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour
Schedule: Monday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 9:00 am – 3:oo pm
