Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist / Office Clerk 


About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking a professional, dependable Front Desk Receptionist/Office Clerk for a local client. 
This position is responsible for supporting daily office operations, customer service, data entry, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail/packages
• Perform data entry and order entry functions
• Maintain filing systems and organize office records
• Update customer information and profiles in AS400 and corresponding files
• Monitor office inventory and order supplies as needed
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
• Support team members and cross-train in other office functions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of office or administrative experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel required
• Knowledge of AS400 is helpful but not required
• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs., bend, and stoop as needed
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to cross-train
