Pay: $25+/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, Saturday as Needed
Summary:
Oversee daily operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is smart, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative. You’ll be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing a team of 5–15 employees, and assisting with testing and quality control of product mixes.

Job Duties:
- Dispatch and schedule deliveries
- Manage and support a team of drivers and yard staff
- Perform or assist with quality testing and quality control
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely service
- Track and report daily operations, delivery performance, and material usage
- Support inventory management and ordering of materials
Job Requirements:
- Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
- No prior concrete or dispatching experience required but is preferred – we will train the right person
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Must be willing to work some Saturdays as needed
- Experience in construction, concrete, dispatch, or logistics.
- Experience in Human Resources or Management
Applicant Requirements:
- Must have a clean background.
- Pass a drug screen.
- Must have clean driving record.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
