This is an opportunity for a driven and self-motivated professional to leverage their technical recruiting and business management skills to help with continued  growth in our public sector business unit. 

The Lead Technical Recruiter will be responsible for all recruitment and account management duties for public sector related business. The Recruiter will compile job descriptions, source and qualify candidates, submit candidates through the VMS, coordinate interviews, prepare contracts/offer letters and complete reference/background checks. The Recruiter will also interface with Flextrack for any all matters relating to recruitment while partnering with ARES Management.
