This is an opportunity for a driven and self-motivated professional to leverage their technical recruiting and business management skills to help with continued growth in our public sector business unit.
The Lead Technical Recruiter will be responsible for all recruitment and account management duties for public sector related business. The Recruiter will compile job descriptions, source and qualify candidates, submit candidates through the VMS, coordinate interviews, prepare contracts/offer letters and complete reference/background checks. The Recruiter will also interface with Flextrack for any all matters relating to recruitment while partnering with ARES Management.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing and qualifying to offer presentation and employment verifications.
Manage a high volume of IT requisitions.
Ensure all candidate information and notes are uploaded and maintained in the Applicant Tracking System.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide an excellent candidate experience to all candidates.
Continuously grow a pipeline of qualified candidates
Maintain communication with VMS provider
Participate in Supplier events including town-halls and engagement sessions
Ensure all interaction internally with team members and externally with candidates complies with HR best practices, diversity and inclusion best practices and the human rights code.
Qualifications
Must have previous experience and demonstrated success with high volume IT recruitment in an a VMS (vendor management system) environment
University Degree in Human Resources, Business or other relevant discipline
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Critical thinking skills with a desire to learn
Positive attitude with strong collaboration skills
Detail oriented with a strong work ethic
