Work Schedule: Monday–Friday; 6:00 AM–3:00 PM (Central Territory) or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Western Territory)

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social outreach
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and position solutions effectively
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities
- Partner with internal sales teams to ensure smooth transitions and improved close rates
- Support onboarding and campaign launches for new clients to ensure successful implementation
- Maintain accurate and detailed activity tracking within CRM systems
- Stay current on product updates and industry insights to strengthen sales conversations
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on achieving shared performance goals
To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or another client-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage
- Comfort with outbound prospecting across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and track activity
- Self-motivation with the ability to stay organized and follow through on tasks
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Openness to learning new technologies and adapting to evolving sales processes
