The employee will be placing parts on the auto machine, checking for defects, and pack the parts. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with various tools and machinery, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace. Auto Machine Operator Job Responsibilities:

- Learn to set up and operate auto press machines under the supervision of experienced operators.
- Ensure parts are stamped to specifications and inspect for quality and accuracy.
- Perform cleaning, basic adjustments, and minor maintenance on the auto press equipment.
- Help identify and resolve minor mechanical or technical issues with the equipment.
- Work with team members to improve pressing processes and enhance product quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of machine settings, production runs, and inspection results.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and lockout/tagout protocols.
- Participate in on-the-job training to learn auto press operations and equipment handling.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support production goals.
Auto Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating auto press in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive standing, recurring bending, reaching as well as moderate to heavy lifting.
- Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
- Continuous mental and/or visual attention to operate machine(s).
- Must be able to lift 45 pounds at a time.
Work Environment:
- Considerable and continuous noises.
- Working in a safe manufacturing environment
- Must wear appropriate safety equipment when deemed necessary
- May be working in noisy, dusty, greasy, or wet environments.
- Some disagreeable elements present, such as hot and humid, fumes, etc.
- Exposure to various odors, dust, cuts, or burns due to corrosive and/or heated tanks of chemicals, noise, etc.
- Exposure to hazards where failure to exercise extreme care could result in severe injury.
