National Enterprise Account Executive Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Sales Strategy – Own and lead the full sales lifecycle for large-scale clients
• New Business Development – Drive net-new client acquisition and build long-term partnerships
• Executive-Level Relationship Building – Engage CHROs and senior HR leaders in consultative sales
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams to deliver custom solutions and RFPs
• Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and consistently meet quota

National Enterprise Account Executive Qualifications:

To be considered for the National Enterprise Account Executive position, applicants should:
• Have 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise-level, B2B consultative sales, especially to HR Executives
• Demonstrate success with complex, high-value SaaS or HR tech deals for companies with 1K+ employees
• Possess strong executive presence and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach
• Be proficient in CRM tools (NetSuite), Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and remote selling tech
• Have a self-starter mindset with resilience, accountability, and a passion for culture-driven business
