As a Call Center Customer Service Agent handling commercial insurance accounts, you'll field inbound calls from clients and business partners who have specific questions about coverage, billing, and account status, and your job is to answer them accurately, document everything, and move efficiently to the next one.

They operate out of a professional onsite call center in Portage, MI, and the work they do keeps insurance transactions moving for the organizations that depend on them.
