Fantastic opportunity for a Welder/Fabricator to work at a local manufacturing company that is a leader in its field. This is a Furst-to-Hire position on the 1st shift, offering a lot of overtime! Hours: 5am to 3pm, M-F

Pay: $18-$23/hour DOE

Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities:

Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
Perform MIG, TIG welding
Fabricate & build products based on welding blueprints
Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Account for and dispose of scrap metal
Complete welding, assembly, and fabricating
Communicate with management and team

Welder/Fabricator Requirements:

High School diploma or GED
Prior MIG, TIG & Fabrication experience required
Ability to read Welding Blueprints
Assembly experience
Knowledge of steel fabricating
Good math and measuring skills, including ability to convert fractions to decimals
Excellent communication skills
