The Integration Manager serves as a key operational link between Project Managers, Project Coordinators, warehouse teams, and customer-facing partners. This role is accountable for workflow coordination, team performance, and aligning integration activities with project timelines and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of ~20 integration technicians and leads, setting clear expectations and driving performance
- Oversee daily integration operations including staging, configuration, testing, and preparation of customer equipment
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to align schedules and priorities
- Partner with shipping and receiving teams to ensure accurate inventory flow and timely outbound shipments
- Act as an escalation point for integration-related issues affecting quality, timelines, or deliverables
- Ensure adherence to standardized processes, quality controls, and documentation requirements
- Monitor workload distribution and staffing needs to maintain productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and throughput
- Provide regular updates on project status to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Support customer deliverables to ensure specifications and quality expectations are met
- Collaborate with leadership on labor forecasting, capacity planning, and growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervise approximately 20 team members
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development planning
- Manage hiring, onboarding, performance management, and corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, integration, manufacturing, or similar environment
- 3+ years of leadership or people management experience
- Proven ability to manage large teams and coordinate cross-functional workflows
- Experience supporting project-based operations and customer deliverables

Working Conditions
