Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay: $18 hr

Position Summary:
The ThermoDrop Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient production of ThermoDrop material at National Paint Manufacturer. This role involves operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting overall production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ThermoDrop production equipment
Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets
Monitor equipment to ensure it is in safe, working condition at all times
Inspect equipment to identify malfunctions, needed repairs, or part replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance to support production capacity and quality
Load and unload materials from machines, conveyors, pallets, and storage racks
Assist team members in meeting daily and weekly production schedules
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including machines, tools, and work areas
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications & Requirements:

Ability to work in a hot and dusty environment (PPE provided)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Reliable transportation to and from the facility
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:
This position operates in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, dust, and moving machinery. Safety equipment will be provided and must be worn at all times.
