Red Seal Millwright | $48-50/hr

We are currently searching for a dedicated and experienced Red Seal Millwright for our client located in Langley, BC. Registered 3rd or 4th year apprentices will also be considered. Schedule: 12-hour shift rotation - 4 days on and 4 days off (alternating between 7-7 days and night shifts)

What is offered?

Day Shifts: $48.24/hr
Night Shifts: $49.67/hr
Dual-ticketed Millwright/Electrician (Day Shifts): $50.29/hr

Responsibilities:

Performing routine maintenance and repair on all plant equipment, including pulpers, extruders, thermo-forming machines, printers, padders, screw compressors, pumps, fans, and blowers.
Conducting tool changes and machine setups.
Executing welding, lathe, and milling work.
Supporting machine operators to ensure smooth operations.
Troubleshooting and maintaining the plant’s electrical, electronic, and instrumentation systems.
Working on conveyors, PLCs, assisted control panels, gearboxes, and pumps.

Requirements:

Red Seal Millwright certification.
Will consider a 3rd or 4th year apprentice with good experience
Experience in the manufacturing
Physical fitness and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work both morning and graveyard shifts.
PLC experience (an asset).
