As a Window Teller, you'll play a key role in supporting your community by assisting residents with important services such as vehicle registration, permits, and payments. You’ll deliver friendly, accurate service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Position Overview

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
(occasional Saturdays and flexibility to support nearby locations required)
Pay: $15.00/hour – Paid weekly

Key Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers with professionalism and care
Process transactions and handle payments with accuracy
Review and manage official documents with attention to detail
Support general office tasks and team operations
Provide courteous and knowledgeable service at all times

What You’ll Bring

Minimum of (6) months of customer service experience to include cash handling from retail, banking, or similarly situated operations environment
Strong typing ability (30+ WPM) and basic math skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution within the U.S.
Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Clear communication skills and a service-focused mindset
Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus
