Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually + benefits, Direct hire position.

Overview

A growing and dynamic legal team is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage personal injury cases from inception through resolution. This role is ideal for a driven professional who brings strong litigation skills, strategic thinking, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Manage personal injury litigation cases from start to finish
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with precision and impact
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the legal process
Collaborate closely with internal legal team members
Handle commercial policy cases and represent commercial defendants in litigation
Take cases through trial and to verdict (preferred)

Qualifications

Active Nevada Bar license required (Arizona license is a plus with additional compensation)
Minimum of 5 years of plaintiff litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
Experience with commercial policy cases
Strong courtroom presence, writing skills, and litigation strategy
Team-oriented with a growth mindset and strong work ethic
Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
