What You’ll Do:

Analyze and validate raw materials, chemical formulations, and bonding processes.
Perform wet chemistry, spectroscopy, chromatography, and titration techniques.
Act as the Safety Officer – create, implement, and enforce safety procedures for hazardous material handling.
Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams.
Support process improvements, product development, and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Bring:

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field
3-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing lab or industrial R&D setting

Skills & Knowledge

Deep understanding of chemical processes, lab instrumentation, and QA protocols
Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory standards
Proficient with data analysis tools, LIMS, and Microsoft Office
