Manufacturing & Assembly Jobs – Torrington Area – $17+/hr

Looking to grow your manufacturing skills or start a new career in production? A.R. Mazzotta has multiple openings in the Torrington, CT area for entry-level and experienced individuals interested in working on the manufacturing floor doing assembly, machine operation, and general production work.

Pay starts at $17/hour, based on position, shift, and experience

What you’ll do:

Perform hands-on assembly using various hand, power tools and machinery
Operate or assist with manufacturing machines
Follow safety and quality standards
Support production processes from start to finish

What we’re looking for:

Genuine interest in manufacturing or production work
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
Comfortable working around machinery and tools
Willingness to learn and assist in different areas of the shop

Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but we also welcome entry-level candidates with trade school training or transferable mechanical skills. We are place material handlers!
