Key responsibilities often include:

Assembling diesel engine components such as brackets, mounts, hoses, filters, and cooling parts

Using hand tools, torque tools, and basic power tools to fasten and secure parts

Following hands on verbal  assembly instructions, , or work orders

Performing basic inspections to ensure proper fit, alignment, and torque specifications

Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and following safety guidelines

Working as part of a team on a moving or staged assembly line to meet production targets

Typical skills or requirements:

Basic mechanical aptitude

Ability to use hand and power tools

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Ability to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting

Understanding of workplace safety procedures

Will need their own set of tools
