Position Type: Contract To Hire

Pay: $23.79/hr

Schedule: 5:00am – 3:00pm Mon thru Fri with OT

Position Summary

The Environmental Impact Teammate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly facility in alignment with company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. This role supports operations by ensuring all buildings, walkways, fence lines, and operational areas are well-maintained. The position operates with flexibility and independence, with a primary goal of achieving excellence in safety, efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications

Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Commitment to safety and compliance standards
Willingness to learn and safely operate equipment such as forklifts and personnel lifts
Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle (preferred)
Basic mechanical aptitude preferred

Other Details:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions
Work performed in environments with noise, dust, fumes, and heavy equipment
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Variable workload with potential for extended hours, including weekends and holidays
