Position: Client Service Representative
Location: Seattle (Ballard)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $28.00/hr
Express Employment Professionals – North Seattle is hiring a Client Services Representative for a long‑standing, well‑respected manufacturer in the marine industry to support their nationwide network of authorized marine dealers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for dealer inquiries, providing technical guidance, order support, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and strong long‑term partnerships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support authorized dealers via phone, email, and online portals.
- Assist with troubleshooting, parts identification, and basic technical guidance.
- Process and track dealer orders for parts, accessories, and warranty components.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., parts, service, engineering) to ensure timely fulfillment and clear communication.
- Provide product knowledge, training resources, and promotional program support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
- Stay current on product updates and industry trends.
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., parts orders, customer satisfaction feedback) and proactively reach out to address concerns or opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or wholesale/distribution support experience (B2B preferred).
- Experience in the marine, power generation, diesel engines, or technical equipment industries is a major plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience is a bonus.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Someone who enjoys problem solving and collaborating across departments.
- This role may require occasional time in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
