Inventory Control Specialist (EMS)

$18.00 Hour 

Monday to Friday 8-5

Must complete Background and Drug Screenings. 

Must have Valid State of Florida Drivers License and speak read and write in English. 

Inventory Control Specialsit ( EMS) 

Supports ambulance readiness, supply availability, and equipment preparedness for the logistics division. This role manages inventory levels, coordinates procurement and vendor activities, maintains inventory systems and support budget tracking. Restocking ambulances, managing EMS supply vending machines, preparing special event and operational vehicles, distributing supplies and equipment to stations and hospitals, and ensuring vehicles and medical equipment is operable, usable, clean, and ready for use. Monitors inventory levels and expiration dates to maintain compliance and reduce waste. Perform preventive maintenance on medical equipment. Works closely with Procurement Services Division and Fleet Maintenance Department. Maintains organization and cleanliness of shop, supply room, supply yard, or other work/storage areas. Must be able to operate ambulances, box trucks (non-cdl), cargo vans and able to obtain a forklift certifications.
