Title: Procurement Specialist
Location: Orlando, FL 32825
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.51/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Specialist to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment with our team in Orange County FL. This role is ideal for someone who is highly proficient in administrative tasks, enjoys working with data, and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform high-volume data entry and ensure data integrity
- Create and process purchase requisitions
- Generate and manage work orders
- Obtain and compare quotes for parts and services from vendors
- Track orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery
- Record and distribute meeting minutes
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Assist with filing, documentation, and record-keeping
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- At least 3-5 years of Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
