About This Job
As a Fire Alarm Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for working with the Project Manager to oversee the design and installation of fire safety systems at new build construction sites. You will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of fire alarm system projects, from start to finish. You will help coordinate teams, ensure code compliance, and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Compensation
- $30 - $50 hourly wage, based on experience and certifications
- Monthly mobile phone reimbursement

What You Will Do
- Manage fire safety system installation at construction sites
- Coordinate with engineers, field technicians, contractors, and clients
- Define scope, schedule, and resources for designated projects
- Review blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to ensure system designs and installations meet applicable codes
- Manage project schedules, procurement plans, and resource allocation
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify work progress, compliance, and quality
- Ensure all required permits, inspections, and testing are scheduled and completed successfully
- Promote and enforce safety standards at job sites

Requirements and Qualifications
- At least three (3) years in a leadership role in the installation of fire alarm or fire suppression systems in mission-critical facilities
- NICET FAS Level 2 or higher certification
- OSHA 30 certification
- Willing to travel as required
- Residence in Phoenix metro area

This job takes place primarily at new build construction sites. The noise level is typically moderate to loud. As with any construction site, you may be exposed to heat, cold, dust, precipitation, and other conditions.
