Automation Personnel Services is looking for a CNC Lathe Multi-Turret Setup & Programmer for a company based in St. Rose, LA. This position demands extensive hands-on experience with dual or triple turret CNC lathes. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in both complex machine setups and independently creating precise, efficient programs.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in both complex machine setups and independently creating precise, efficient programs.
Pay Rate
$25- $40 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

CNC Lathe Multi-Turret Setup & Programmer Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up dual or triple turret CNC lathes for production runs
- Program CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders
- Perform quality checks and make necessary adjustments to maintain part accuracy
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and reduce downtime
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety protocols
CNC Lathe Multi-Turret Setup & Programmer Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience with multi-turret CNC lathe machines
- Strong ability to program CNC lathes (G-code, M-code) from scratch
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and use precision measuring tools
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable and self-motivated with a commitment to quality
- 5+ years of CNC lathe setup/programming experience
- Familiarity with various CNC control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma)
