The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Salary
Base Salary: $33,000 per year.

- Commission/Bonuses: Opportunities for additional earnings based on performance.
Licensed Insurance Agent-Duties and Responsibilities
- Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sales: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cross-selling additional insurance products.
- Policy Management: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies, ensuring they understand their coverage options.
- Claims Assistance: Provide support to clients during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with state and federal insurance regulations.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Licensed Insurance Agent- Qualifications and Requirements
- License: Must hold a valid Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or in a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes:
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
