Supervisor Position

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a supervisor for a company based in Grand Prairie, TX. In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as scheduling, dealing with customer needs, working closely with the team and making sure orders are being done in a timely matter. Counseling Employees, Coordinating, making sure everyone is following the company policies and safety guidelines. You will also be responsible for calibrating, setting up machines.

Pay Rate

$28 per hour DOE

Schedule and Hours

1st Shift

Monday to Thursday

6am to 4:30pm

Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee Production Line, setting up machine and proofing out the process

• Completes production plan by scheduling hand trimming and machining of all products according to the due date.

• Provides manufacturing information by ensuring accuracy of records and production performance.

• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

•This position is performed in a warehouse office environment and professional environment. This role may work near mechanical parts and in covered/outside weather conditions including a dusty environment. In addition, this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets and printers.

Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications

• Basic math Skills and Computer Skills

• Experience with CNC Lathes (operating and Programing)

• Read BluePrints

• Able to operate and read measuring tools properly

• Must be able to multitask

• Problem solving/analysis, Leadership, Customer/Client focus, Teamwork orientation, technical capacity, Organizational skills and communication skills
