Welder Worker

Automation Personnel Services is looking for hard-working Welder Worker for a company based in the Grand Prairie/Dallas, TX. In this job, you will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as welding, Shielded Metal Arc, Gas Metal Arc, Mig Welding, Equipment, Press Break, Blueprint reading, Measurement accuracy, and other related duties.

Pay Rate

$25 DOE

Schedule and Hours

Monday to Friday, 5:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Some Saturdays- mandatory if needed

Welder Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee welding line production

• Read blueprints for measurement specifications

• Use and oversee use of materials

MIG Welder Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)

• Basic reading and math skills

• 1+ year industrial fabrication Welding

• Blueprint reading

• Scheduling of tasks to meet expected timeline

• Stand for long periods and lift 50 - 75 pounds

• Pass a Mig welding test

• Pass measurement test
