Key Personnel is looking for an experienced Contracts Coordinator for a position in the Tulsa, Midtown area.

Contracts Coordinator Pay Rate: $23-30/hr DOE – Weekly Pay!

Contracts Coordinator Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Contracts Coordinator Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle process
Support and facilitate standardization initiatives across the organization
Monitors contract termination dates and ensure they are addressed timely
Negotiate contract terms and conditions and/or pricing
Verifies that contract prices are being enforced and take the lead on ensuring that they are loaded and processed in the system
Monitors and tracks rebates to ensure that contractual terms are met, and rebates are received and recorded
Assist in the preparation of formal bid specifications including Requests for Proposal
Develops and maintains strong relationships and closely works with multiple departments, legal counsel and external vendors for vendor compliance, regulatory compliance to achieve optimize financial and operational value

Contracts Coordinator Qualifications:

Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
2+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software (e.g., MediTract, Cobblestone, Contract Logix).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with clinical trial agreements or managed care contracts
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare IT
