Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Production Associate for our client. This position involves performing a variety of production tasks based on business needs and workload, including small parts assembly, top chord assembly, and production line work. Responsibilities include following instructions carefully, maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality, and performing all duties with attention to detail and efficiency.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
- A production associate will be responsible for various tasks depending on business needs and existing workload
- Production associates will be tasked with small parts assembly, top chord assembly, or working on the production line
- A viable candidate is a responsible, punctual individual with consistent work attendance
- A candidate needs to be a good listener who seeks information as needed to perform job duties efficiently
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- High school diploma or post-secondary certificate required
- Listen and follow instructions
- Read a tape measure
- Follow basic instruction
- Have ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
- Display flexibility in assignments given
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Consistent and timely daily attendance
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to meet time-sensitive tasks
- Compliance with all required PPE standards
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communication skills
