PT Digital Marketing / Social Media Assistant

We’re seeking a bold, strategic, and trend-savvy Part-Time Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant to help grow our brand, expand our reach, and generate revenue through smart, targeted engagement. This is more than just posting content—you’ll be building connections, creating momentum, and turning social activity into measurable business growth. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X while creating engaging short-form video content and writing captions designed to convert. You will proactively engage with target audiences, build relationships through direct outreach, and manage a consistent content calendar. You will also analyze performance metrics, adjust strategies based on data, stay ahead of trends and algorithm changes, and confidently recommend new ideas to leadership. This position does not include website management.

Requirements:

Experience in digital marketing and social media management
Strong content creation skills (video + copywriting)
Knowledge of social media strategy, audience targeting, and brand development
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar
Ability to track and interpret analytics (engagement, reach, conversions)

Hours: Flexible hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (20 hours per week)
